- En cas d’annulation ou de modification jusqu’à 14 jours avant la date d’arrivée : pas de frais.
- En cas d’annulation ou de modification tardive (après 14 jours), je retiens 25 % du montant total de la réservation .
- En cas de non-présentation et 48h00 avant la date d’arrivée, j’exige 50 % du montant total de la réservation.
- Tout séjour entamé doit être réglé dans la totalité.
- J’offre de nombreux avantages aux personnes qui réservent directement sur mon site Internet : restitution ou non retrait des arrhes si j’ai pu remplacer la réservation, chèque cadeau de compensation, report de réservation lorsque c’est possible
Conditions of cancellation
- If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later (after 14 days), 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- From the moment you decide to stay, you must pay for the whole stay. Except if there is a reason not depending on our responsibility.
- People who booked directly by us will benefit facilities of cancellation if the room has been booked: no charged, gift voucher, find another date for the reservation
